Pete suggests the best way to organise one of his recitals is for both
the venue organisers & the artist to identify their individual requirements
through meetings with all those involved, this information can then
be finalised in writing.
Set out below is a brief working outline of our
commitment.
FINANCE:-
The organisers receive half the money generated from ticket sales; we
retain the other 50%.
THE ORGANISERS SUPPLY:-
The venue.
Power supply (3 number 13amp double sockets)
Stage or area and seating.
Heating.
Sell tickets.
Supply food and drink, if required.
WE SUPPLY:-
Te recital.
Full sound system including microphones.
Lighting rig and control desk.
All stands and gantries.
Our own sound and lighting engineer.
We setup, break down and move our own equipment.
Free travel up to 25 miles.
Create any art work for the event (supplied on disk)
Print 6 full colour posters.
Print tickets.
Our own public liability insurance.
MERCHANDISING:-
We each retain 100% of funds generated from the sale of our own merchandising.
Example: We normally sell our own CDs and sheet music.
You may decide to run a bar, charge separately for food of organise
a raffle, the choice is yours.
